Modernism is a movement that has marked Modern Catalonia, being a transverse movement that covered all areas of culture, architecture, so well represented by Gaudí, painting, sculpture, literature ...

There is a lot of documentation of all this ... but what was cooked at the time? What culinary customs were there?

In this workshop we will explain many things of that time and elaborate some classic recipes:

-"Modernistes", the sweets that were accompanied with sweet wine
